French keyboard layout
It may be useful for those who wants to learn French, or is plannning on
immigration to France or Quebec, or is using French for any other reason -
but doesn't necesserily want to install French keyboard layout on his/her
computer.
Or it might be French speaker who immigrated to another country, or somebody
who speaks French at home or just uses French a lot, while living in a country
where French is not commonly speaked or used in offices.
It might be also useful for those who wants to use French keyboard
layout at his/her office, in public library, or in any other
place where one has no control on the installed software.
There are slightly different French keyboard layouts, when the main
variations are QWERTY/Canadian, and AZERTY, which is French standard, also
used in Belgium with slight modifications. AZERTY keyboard layout is also in
use in many Arab countries for entering Latin letters.
